HBS Physical education teachers Mr. Wright & Mrs. Small hosted Northwestern Polytechnic TEN (teacher education north) students to observe their elementary & junior high classes and then ask questions about what they observed. Today was Movement Monday which encourages students to focus on building their muscles through a variety of training forms, learning how to move effectively to stay active for life.
